This policy is aligned with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original purchase (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be in their original condition — unworn or unused, with tags attached and in original packaging — and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
