Styled by Alumed is committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver our products. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Custom-made, made-to-measure, bespoke, or altered garments may take 7–14 business days to prepare, depending on the complexity of the order.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

South Africa (Domestic Shipping)

  • Standard courier: 3–7 business days

  • Express courier (optional at checkout): 1–3 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight and destination of your order.

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination (typically 7–21 business days)

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Styled by Alumed is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes for international deliveries

  • We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain locations at our discretion

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery

  • If your item is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at hello@styledbyalumed.com so we can resolve the issue

  • We may request photographs of the damaged item or packaging to process a claim with the courier

Additional Notes

  • Orders may be split into multiple shipments if items are backordered or shipped from different locations

  • All shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed
